What is OEP? The acronym for OxyElite Pro the ultimate fat incinerating formula to date by USPLabs! 

     This product was recommended to me on the beachbody forums and it really delivered.
I tend to not like fat burners that are stimulant based. I tend to get unfocused and jittery unable to sit still. This was the first product that I was able to take that gave me good energy but not too much and also help elevate my mood during caloric restriction. This product by itself will not burn fat but will enable you to have enough energy while dieting to enable you to workout harder thereby burning more calories and lose weight. Alot of people expect to eat like they normally do, not exercise, and take a pill to lose weight. This wont do that. But it will help give you that little bump in mood and energy to help you workout at maximum intensity and put you in a good mood. I love this product and recommend it for anyone trying to burn some fat.

As with any stimulant based supplement, you will want to be extremely careful and asses your tolerance. This isnt for eveyrone especially if you have high blood pressure or existing conditiions made worse by stims or caffeine. The best way to test this is to take one pill upon waking on empty stomach.

Over time as you become more accostomed to the stim you can up your dose to the full recommended dosing. It took my several weeks to get upto 3 pills a day and I never go over that amount. 

You also want to not take these too late in the day as they might cause sleeplessness. I would recommend you give yourself at least 6 hrs before bed and possibly more if your sensative to stims or a light sleeper.

I take 2 in the am and one before lunch and thats it.  I also cycle off all stimulant based supplements to avoid adrenal fatigue and to give my body a rest from being overly stimulated and recommend the same for others.

This was my first time taking a stimulant to help me lose weight. So far, I like the way it makes my body feel. I usually get all hot and sweaty and shakey from red bulls and rockstars but I didn't feel that way with oxyelite. I feel like I'm losing weight. I'm eating less and working out more with all this energy, it seems to be doing my body well! 


FEMALE:

I really think this product works. This is a bad review in the sense that I don't have any facts regarding fat percentages but I can tell you that when I first started taking this product, the appetite suppressant portion of the product was incredible. I didn't have a slight feeling of hunger for quite a while but now I do get hungry often and I'm not sure what changed. I still like this product though. I didn't feel jittery whatsoever but I still believe this product works. And sometimes I feel like it gives me a little boost of energy in the morning to do a workout which I love! So yes, I do recommend this product; at least try it; see if it works for you. This is my first "Fat Burner" product so I do plan on experimenting with other products but if I get side effects from other products then I will return to using OxyElite!
